Chef Mary combines French culinary technique with disciplines in healthy food preparation to bring you a truly unique culinary experience.
She received her culinary training at New York City's Natural Gourmet Institute's Chef Training Program, the premier Vegan culinary school in the United States.
She was fortunate to intern at the James Beard Foundation as well as the very popular Cleaver Company Catering in New York City. She has worked for such culinary leaders in Florida as Chef Gui and Mise En Place.
